You can make your own handmade lightweight putty in any quantity you need, using Bau Cem white cement, Bauspot Holcer and Bauspot Acryl. So you can make minor repairs at home such as cracks, nail holes, etc. DIY Lightweight EU does not crack, does not shrink and can be painted one hour after application.

Proposed mixture (by weight):

40% Bau Cem white cement + 30% Bauspot Holcer + 30% Bauspot Acryl (or 15% Bauspot Acryl D while increasing to 55% the white cement)

Stirring instructions:

1. Mix with a simple wooden stirrer (Bauspot stick) or mechanical stirrer an amount (by weight) of 40% Bau Cem white cement, with 30% Bauspot Holcer. To the resulting mixture after mixing, add 30% Bauspot Acryl (or 15% Bauspot Acryl D) and as much water as needed to make the final mixture workable. That is, for a quantity of 1kg, you need 400gr of Bau Cem white cement, 300gr Bauspot Holcer and 300gr Bauspot Acryl. For larger quantities use a mechanical stirrer.
2. Apply directly to the desired surface in the usual way (with a putty knife). Before application, make sure that the surfaces are clean and do not contain any type of greases.

 Caution. Before the final application, do a test on a smaller surface to check the desired result.
