Shipping Information
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed same Day!
Our basic forwarders are DHL (worldwide) and ACS (domestic Greece). Delivery prices are calculated automatically for every shipment shown when an order is placed on cart. Anyone can select the appropriate and convenient choice of delivery before order confirmation. Standard insurance fees are included on each shipment up to the invoiced amount delivered. For deliveries outside euro area the buyer might be charged with additional taxes and custom fees according to each country tax law.
Returns
At Bau-Spot, we're happy when you're happy.
Right from the beginning, we make sure that all of the products we distribute are of the highest quality and perform consistently according to specifications. That's every product. Every time you order. We realize our customers sometimes order the wrong product for their project, or simply too much of any one item. So in a case of returning a full order or product please contact with our Customer Service Representatives in contact@bau-spot.com
Please have in mind that:
*Customer is responsible for all outbound shipping charges resulting from items ordered in error.
*Items can only be returned in unopened containers or packages determined to be in saleable condition at the discretion of The Company.
*All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise; otherwise there will be 25% restocking charge. No products may be returned more than 90 days after the date of sale.
*Notify our Customer Service Department for instructions and authorization. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and require that all items be returned within 2 weeks of issuance of that number.
*Hazardous material can rarely be returned by UPS or FedEx after delivery. These carriers will only accept packages shipped by an authorized IATA certified shipper. Refused packages, however, will be returned to us at our expense. Customers wishing to return hazardous material ordered in error will be responsible for all freight charges incurred in the return. These charges are usually significant.
